While getting to the Kern River Hot Springs is by no means an easy feat, the scenery alone, especially around Mineral King, is an enticing way to explore some of the lesser explored sections of Sequoia National Park. There were many fallen trees across the trail that had been there so long that the trail has formed around them. Narrow path the whole way.
